We are getting tons of calls about different Connectivity issues, including Wireless Connection issues. And, unfortunately, there are just limited things that we can do over the phone. Most of the time, our supported router is working. But, the customer's laptop isn't just finding any available network, like it used to. QUESTION: WHERE IS THE WIRELESS SWITCH ON MY LAPTOP OR NOTEBOOK?

If your Laptop's operating system is working just fine, and it's not just detecting any available networks around your neighborhood, just like it used to. Most probably, your LAPTOPS WIRELESS SWITCH is OFF. This is the first thing that you have to check, to avoid wasting your own precious time. Have you ever called your Internet Service Provider Technical Support and they just tell you to look for your wireless switch? But, the Technical Support Representative do not even know where the Wireless Switch is. It's just simply because, they are not trained for it, it's not their product or scope of support. And, mind you, there are tons of different Brands of Laptops, and most of them have got different Wireless Switch location. Believe me, your ISP Technical Support guy or even you, won't be able to memorize all of it! Some of them could be Turned ON or OFF, by just sliding a switch or pushing a button, or by just simply pushing some buttons on the keyboard.
